Reiki Treatments
Sessions usually begin with a custom holistic nurse assessment (phone or visit?) and short discussion regarding your health and anything you'd like to address.
During the treatment, I allow universal life energy to pass through my hands to your body. My hands are either lightly on or just above you.

You are always fully dressed and can be seated or reclined. The room is calming and relaxing. Soft music, candles and aromatic scents may be added to the treatment.
