Appointments & Payments

Reiki by The Sea is a fee-for-service based company.

I currently accept cash, check, and Venmo. Please follow the guidelines below for scheduling and payments.

While I don't accept insurance for services rendered, you can check with your insurance group to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.

Individual Sessions

Scheduling: To book an appointment for an individual session (i.e., Reiki, wellness coaching, chakra energy evaluation) please contact me. I will collect your basic contact information and you can briefly let me know what your concerns/reasons are for seeking treatment.

Forms/Discussion: If we've never worked together or you haven't seen me in awhile, a Reiki appointment will include a brief client intake form, health assessment plus a short conversation about what you'd like to achieve.

Payments: Payment is due before or at the time of service. Once you've confirmed your session date, I can provide any information you need to make your payment in full. Any session that runs far over the usual time, may be billed for any part of that time.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel any individual appointment, please contact me with at least 24 hrs notice. Later cancellations and no-shows will be billed at 75% of the session rate unless it is a unique emergency.

Classes

Scheduling: Class dates, times, locations and details can be seen on my calendar page and via my eNewsletters.

RSVP: Please contact me to let me know of your interest.

Finalizing Your Spot: Class fees are required in full, 5 days prior to the first day of class unless otherwise noted or arranged. Unpaid spots cannot be guaranteed and class may be cancelled if enough students are not paid in full.

Cancellations: If for any reason the class needs to be cancelled, your payment will be refunded or held as a credit toward a future class.

If you need to drop out, please contact me about refunds and/or credit for a future class.
