To Our True Path
My integrated approach has developed from my experience as a nurse, holistic nurse, wellness nurse coach, Reiki master and intuitive healer.
When many of us choose a field to begin our careers, we have no idea how much that may change over the years as we move through life and encounter new interests, skills, working environments, and opportunities.

As I have traveled on my life journey through the health care system, both as a practitioner and a patient, many interesting messages have surfaced.
While in nursing school and working on the hospital units, I realized the importance of a gentle touch and loving attention with my patients. The time spent sitting down and talking to a patient who was experiencing fear and pain, came so easy for me and made all the difference to my patients in their recovery.
From that point on, I knew that I could share my heartfelt love, focused attention, and healing touch with my patients and saw the difference it made for them.
At the same time that I was "becoming a nurse", two pioneering nurses, Dolores Krieger and Martha Rogers, were developing scientifically based interventions focused on two concepts: intentionally directed energy exchange and that human beings are energy in a form of a "field." This fascinating work opened a new door both in theory and approach to healing and wellness.​
​​​I received my Master's Degree in Nursing from Boston University with a speciality in community health nursing. Early on, some of my greatest lessons have been found in the health care facilities I worked in including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, patient's homes, schools and the Department of Public Health."

Over the years, I have continually grown and expanded my professional interests and skillset: I am a Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse, a Board Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, and a Spiritual Healer/Intuitive Energy Practitioner.

I am grateful for finding my true path as I have found knowledge and special gifts at each step along the way.
I believe that we are our brother's keeper and that gratitude and respect must be shown for every living thing in our universe.​​​​
My Integrated Approach
Throughout my sessions and classes, I naturally integrate information, processes and techniques from my unique blend of experiences, skills, and intuition.
This enables me to bring a wonderful combination of knowledge and learning to my clients and students, along with my compassionate listening skills and love for helping my clients.
Even if a treatment is primarily one modality, I may use any combination of Reiki, nursing assessment, wellness coaching, energy healing, intuitive healing, and guided imagery.
Work With Me
I have been in private practice since 2002. I currently have offices in Boston, Mashpee (Cape Cod) and Narragansett RI.
I view each client as an individual, listen to his or her concerns and goals, establish a trusting relationship and provide tools and services to help each one move forward.

For ten years, I worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health as a Health Care Facility Inspector and Investigator for Health Care Quality inspecting nursing homes, hospitals, clinics and other health care agencies advocating for patients and clients.

Assistant professor at Cape Cod Community College and Community College of Rhode Island instructing nursing students.
I am grateful that I have the opportunity to work at multiple locations, to suit my client's needs and my schedule.
