How Do You Like Them Apples?

Apples are at their best right now during the Fall. You can get them fresh from the trees. You may even want to get a bit of walking in and go pick your own in a nearby orchard.


Eating them "as is" is perfect. But there are so many other options if your nutritional diet allows. Think about apple crisp, pie, cider, or tarts! What other ways will you enjoy them?


Research studies find that apples may help to lower your chance of developing cancer, diabetes, and heart disease while improving your gut and brain health as well. Practice self-care by enjoying this amazing fruit and please allow yourself some extra time to observe the beauty of autumn all around you.
