I am a Certified Intuitive Healer and I practice the Stillpoint Method for sensing, evaluating, and interpreting energy imbalances, blockages, and other factors that may contribute to health issues.

Session 1: The Evaluation ​

We discuss a primary issue or question you'd like to focus on

I evaluate and interpret your energy as it flows through and within your chakras. I am essentially having a conversation with energy field and listening to the stories each chakra has to tell.

​It takes approximately one hour and can be done in-person or via Zoom/phone​
The Guided Healing Plan

Using the information from your session, I create a custom plan

The plan includes guidelines for next steps, including which Chakras to focus on, how healing on all levels can begin or continue in earnest, and how to access your greatest strengths
Session 2: Follow-Up

We review the plan including the status and role of each of your Chakras

I help you set goals and provide a variety of tools, techniques and actions that you can begin to use to find more balance, discover your inner power, and boost self-care
